In 2000 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease right as I was going into culinary school. It was a
challenge to say the least but it taught me invaluable lessons about cooking while relying on senses beyond taste.
Alchemy Food Labs was created to share my love of food, science, health and wellness. Operating as an
alternative chef, caterer and health consultant I found myself wanting to know all sides of the food industry so I
apprenticed on organic farms gleaning all the wisdom I could. This gave me the chance to grow my own crops
for events, markets and products I sold to a variety of customers and stores. My passion for cooking goes deep
and I invite you to come along for the ride!
